Food and beverage production & packaging: Overhaul of food production factory
A big Irish food retailer was losing almost €3 million a year. They had 12 shops and 5 cafes, but their kitchen was outdated, and they didn’t have a clear picture of where their money was going.
We stepped in to help. We started by sorting out their financial blind spots, identifying which parts of the business were actually profitable—this alone boosted revenue by €1 million in six months.
Next, we made their kitchen work smarter, not harder. By cutting food waste, saving €400K, and optimising staffing, reducing labour costs by €190K, we freed up significant savings. Introducing automation for certain cooking processes further cut costs on ingredients and packaging.
In total, we saved the retailer €1.5 million, strengthened their kitchen operations, and positioned them for greater efficiency and growth.
Global brand transformation: Local impact, massive growth
We led the online brand transformation, digital strategy, design, and project management for Telenor across 14 global territories.
By conducting in-depth research into culturally diverse markets across Europe, Asia, and East Asia, we mapped each territory’s operations, customer behaviors, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to create a tailored digital strategy.
We devised and integrated localised cultural expression within the online brand architecture, ensuring each market had a consistent yet regionally relevant presence.
As a result, all territories experienced significant improvements in brand perception and user experience, leading to increased store footfall, higher engagement with self-service systems, and substantial online revenue growth, with some markets nearly doubling their digital sales.
Industrial manufacturing & system engineering: OPEX and driving performance for Renold
We stepped in as interim leadership at Renold, taking a hands-on approach to drive performance without disrupting existing structures. By working closely with teams on the ground, we improved accountability, engagement, and operational efficiency, leading to a major shift in On-Time Delivery from 65% to 94%—without changing the workforce, plant or systems.
Rather than imposing top-down changes, we focused on empowering employees, refining processes, and optimising workflows, ensuring that improvements were sustainable and embedded into daily operations.
