NEW LOOK is going down. “In recent years it focussed on younger shoppers, but failed to keep up with the likes of Asos, Boohoo and Primark.” “Newlook provide goods for women, but also for men, maternity, plus size and teens. However, their main target audience is women aged 16-35.” Why do all these failing brands with HUGE amounts of footfall blame competitors? It’s very easy to see why they’re failing… 600 stores – how did they lose touch with their audience? Do I really need to answer this? Look at the screenshot! There is no focus on the customer’s desires or needs at all and their stores look as equally as boring.
