The engagement spans four websites across training, membership, campaigns and global initiatives, with responsibility for ongoing technical management, platform evolution and continuous improvement. Alongside this, WLW FUTURE supports brand development, new sub-brand creation and the refresh of key parts of the organisation to ensure clarity, consistency and stronger engagement.

More recently, the focus has shifted towards building a more structured and scalable growth model, including the automation of marketing workflows to improve how events are promoted, managed and converted.
